The team is headed up by the Founder of Resident Pheasant, Anna. She loves a good wedding, party and will be there to help make your day extra special from the very start. She may be joined by her partner in crime, Cam, who will be there to help serve the incredible delights on the day.
The Ice Cream is made using only fresh, eco-friendly and natural ingredients by a talented Cordon Bleu Sussex Chef, Jane Bellinger. This Sussex Based Ice Cream Cart ensures you only get the every best flavours and ingredients. We use only local free range eggs, cream and milk alongside natural flavourings. Indulgent, nostalgic and down right delicious.
